Therapy that meets children where they feel most comfortable.
Children don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling or experiencing. Play is often their most natural language, and sometimes the most effective place to begin healing is right where they feel safest—their own home.
Mobile Play Therapy brings developmentally appropriate, therapeutic play directly to your child's home. Through a carefully selected collection of therapeutic toys, games, creative activities, and play-based interventions, sessions provide children with a safe and familiar environment to express emotions, process difficult experiences, develop coping skills, and build emotional regulation.
Because therapy takes place in the child's natural environment, Mobile Play Therapy can also provide valuable insight into the child's everyday world and allow therapeutic strategies to be incorporated into the routines and relationships that matter most.
Mobile Play Therapy may be helpful for children experiencing:
Anxiety or excessive worry
Emotional dysregulation or big emotions
Trauma or difficult life experiences
Grief and loss
Family or relational changes
Behavioral concerns
Difficulty expressing feelings
Adjustment to transitions or major changes
Social or emotional challenges
My goal isn't simply to change a child's behavior—it's to understand the story underneath it.
Through play, we can begin to uncover what a child may not yet have the words to communicate, address the underlying emotional needs, and help children develop healthier ways to understand themselves and navigate their world.
