About Kaitlyn
Hi, I'm Kaitlyn Eade, LCPC.
My passion for counseling began long before I entered the profession. Like many people, I experienced seasons of emotional distress growing up that influenced how I viewed myself, others, and the world around me. Those experiences taught me firsthand how deeply our stories can shape the beliefs we carry and the ways we respond to life's challenges.
Through my own journey and years of working with individuals and families, I've come to believe something powerful: our past may influence us, but it does not have to define us.
Many of the struggles we face today are connected to beliefs that were formed through painful experiences. Anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, shame, self-doubt, anger, and avoidance are often symptoms of deeper wounds rather than the problem itself.
My approach to counseling focuses on helping clients identify and heal those deeper roots. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT, CBT, and play therapy, I help clients process difficult experiences, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build healthier patterns that support lasting change.
I believe healing is possible. No matter what chapter of life you're in, you don't have to navigate it alone
