I believe therapy should go beyond simply managing symptoms. My philosophy is Heal the Root, Not Just the Symptoms.
Our experiences can shape the beliefs we develop about ourselves and the world around us, and those beliefs can influence how we think, feel, behave, and connect with others. My goal is to help you understand what may be underneath the struggle, process what has contributed to it, and develop healthier patterns moving forward.
I also believe therapy should feel personal. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your story, goals, strengths, and needs guide our work together.
Depending on your needs, I incorporate approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy, and play therapy. For children, I also offer Mobile Play Therapy, bringing therapeutic play into the child's familiar home environment.
Most importantly, I want you to feel safe, seen, heard, and respected throughout the process.

I understand that investing in counseling can feel financially overwhelming, and I don't want cost to prevent someone from reaching out.
Kaitlyn Eade Counseling is currently a private-pay practice, which means insurance is not billed directly. However, depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
If cost is a concern, please don't assume that counseling isn't an option. Reach out and let's talk about your options. Availability, fees, and potential payment arrangements can be discussed before beginning services.
